2. General Terms

Use of the Website and any purchase made through it are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Browsing or purchasing through the Website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

To complete a purchase, customers must explicitly accept these Terms by checking the designated checkbox during checkout. Orders cannot be completed without such confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and the Website content at any time without prior notice.

The Website may not be used for any unlawful purpose.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases may only be made by individuals aged 18 years or older who hold a valid credit card in their own name.

Minors may only make purchases with the prior written consent of their legal guardian.

4. Product Information

• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, finishes, or packaging may vary.
• All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• The Company reserves the right to change prices, inventory, and promotions at any time.
• In the event of an error regarding pricing or product information, the Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.

5. Payment Methods and Security

Payments are processed securely via Easy Card using SSL encryption.

Credit card details are processed exclusively by Easy Card and are not stored on the Website.

6. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped via Israel Post.

• Shipping within Israel: ₪30
• International shipping: ₪50

Estimated maximum delivery times:

• Israel: up to 14 business days
• International: up to 30 business days

Delivery times begin after payment confirmation.

Delays beyond the Company’s control may occur.

Responsibility for delays, loss, or damage during shipping lies with the shipping carrier, subject to its applicable policies and legal obligations.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Customers may cancel a purchase within 14 business days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (Section 14C), provided that:

• the product is unused;
• it remains in new condition; and
• it is returned in its original, complete packaging.

Customized or personalized products cannot be canceled or returned.

Cancellation fees shall be 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, as permitted by law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

All returns and exchanges require prior approval from the Company.

8. Warranty

Products are sold “AS IS”, without any warranty unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

12. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Cancellation and return rights shall be governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its applicable regulations, including Section 14C, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to reject any cancellation or return request that does not comply with applicable law or these Terms.
